Our industry-leading selection of top tooling offers a modular and configurable approach to the optimal holding and positioning of components of varying sizes and shapes. Choose from a variety of powerful clamping methods, from our Dovetail Vises, 5-Axis Self-Centering Vises, and ER Collet Fixtures.
Our product line of Quick-Loc™ solutions provides fast and repeatable fixture changes for small tooling platforms. They feature a single-drive screw for fast operation. Our selection of base pallets, risers, and accessories allows this quick-change system to be configured for multiple applications. Square, rectangular, and round styles are available.
Getting your part off the table allows for tool clearance, increasing your machining envelope. A variety of our rectangular, square, tapered, and mini risers are available to help you achieve part access. Our adapter plates and product line of Quick-Loc™ solutions allow for lightning-fast changeovers.
Jergens Subplates are available in round or square shapes and are configured with our Quick Locating System (QLS) or can be customized with our Ball Lock Mounting System®. Used as a machine or rotary table adapter, our subplates mount using locating pins, sine fixture keys, locating keys and socket head cap screws (SHCS).
